Apple Dip (or fruit dip, or, uh, spoon dip)

This is breakfast, snack, dessert, lunch...whatever you want it to be. This recipe is a perfect mid-afternoon snack for me, and makes enough dip for 1 apple. Using greek yogurt and almond butter adds plenty of protein and it always carries me over until dinner. Which these days I tend to get on the table at, like...9pm.

No cooking is involved, just mixing! So, yes. You can do this. I normally eat this as a snack, but the dip is so great, it would be a perfect dessert. You could make a bigger batch and bring it along with a fruit tray to your next gathering. The possibilities are limitless!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup 5% greek yogurt (I like fage)

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp honey

dash of cinnamon

1 apple (any apple will work! Except red delicious. You're better than that.)

METHOD

  1. Cut your apple into slices.

  2. Mix together yogurt, almond butter, honey, and top with cinnamon. Dip away!
